Forge & Wield is looking for a Full-Stack Developer Intern who wants to learn by building real products end-to-end.
This is not an internship built around isolated frontend tasks, clone projects, or tutorial assignments. You’ll contribute to products and systems that we actually intend to ship, operate and improve.
You are not expected to know the entire production stack before joining.
Bring the fundamentals, curiosity, consistency and the willingness to figure things out. The rest, you’ll learn while building.
We strongly encourage AI-assisted development.
Use AI tools to move faster, explore solutions and reduce repetitive work — but take ownership of what you ship.
Blind vibe coding is not how we work.
If AI generates code for you, you should review it, understand the logic, be able to explain what it does and know how to debug it when something breaks.
The code may be written at the speed of light. Ownership cannot be outsourced.
Someone early in their engineering journey who wants to understand how complete software products are actually designed, built, deployed and operated.
You do not need an impressive collection of certificates.
You do need curiosity, consistency, the ability to learn quickly and a genuine desire to build things that people can actually use.
